Weather:
 Warmer seasons- Walks and Potty breaks will be canceled at 90 degrees or above.

At 85 degrees and above, walks will be shortened.

Colder seasons- At 15 degrees and under, walks will be shortened. At 5 degrees and under, walks will be canceled.

Rain- Walks will continue in the rain unless it is lightning or down pouring.

Snow- Walks will continue when it’s snowing out and will monitor road conditions.

If permitted, we will cancel walks due to heavy snow or black ice.

Cancelations:

ANY service cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of fee.

ANY service cancelled within the hour of the appointment will be charged FULL price.

Closed Holidays:

Easter Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

Pack Walks and Day School:

Your dog(s) must be signed up for a minimum of two days per week in order to be in Pack Walks or Day School.

Appointments:

All appointments are within timeframes of estimated arrival windows.

​

Payments:

For Pack Walks and Day School- **Payments will be due on Mondays for the previous week.

Other Services- **Payments will be do at time of completed service.

Vaccinations:

For Pack Walks and Day School- **All dogs must be updated on rabies, kennel cough, and distemper vaccinations.

Other Services- **Rabies vaccine is required.
